My programmes appear to be recording fine, however when I go to MyTV to view them I just get a black screen. You can see the timer moving along at the bottom, but there is no visual or audio.

Try a soft reset of the box by holding down the On/Standby button for just over 8 seconds. This should cause a reboot and does solve some issues.
