I have been having issues with updating the software etc.
The 1st needed a factory reset that had to be done via 'buttons' as the menu did not work (frozen)
As the box booted up it said 'update running' OK! maybe.
There was another update a week or so later, I think, judging the colour sequence.
Some mornings I have had to 'fight' to get the device running properly. Setting now changed to always on!
So, I went into 'settings' and spotted something odd, so I have written out most of it.

Those software versions do not seem to match what I have seen on this forum?
Yet the box says that they are up to date (I did a manual check)

Those software versions look consistent with the official Youview update status for that box model.
remember it looks like you have the BT Retail variant of the Youview box so the update cycle can differ to those provided with the BT TV service.
This explains why my box still has issues that showed as 'fixed' on BT
My wife will have to wait for audio playback, on recordings, to work!
