YouView not working - been in a que on the phone for 45mins +
So guess what youview isn't working......done all the troubleshooting things, and been in a que on the phone for over 45mins.
Also any tips on asking BT to cancel the tv part of my contract? or will they be difficult? I had enough problems getting them to give me a phone line (which was already in the house, though they denied it for 3 weeks...) and interent. I currently get letters from them for 3 different accounts, two of which never existed....it seems the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing.....
please help, I currently wish there were other providers available in my area, but sadly there aren't, so I am stuck with the useless BT service (or lack of it).
