I want to view a certain film from yesterday but YouView are saying that can't be done. But it does allow me to view certain other programmes. Does this mean that there are certain programmes - say on 5* that can't be watched?

The "scroll back" service is only available on selected channels - if it doesn't offer the playback symbol then unfortunately its not available to view.

There are many programs, such as films, which the channels cannot get the rights for to show them on catchup.

Why what do they advertise? I thought it was a "selection" not "all"?

if you watch and listen to the adverts without looking at any of the small text it doesn't make it actually clear.
