So I got a new box, it has identical model number to the old one (kinda hoped it would not have). I only set it up earlier this week, so will report back if it manages to hold the HD channels..
bry040: might just be worth keeping tabs on the version of code it was shipped out with and any updates it does. Chances are it has been in a warehouse a while if its the same model so it may not even have the same version as your old box.

Interesting. I've just gone downstairs to check my box, and HD channels have also gone - so I'm just retuning it now. So that has probably occurred at some point over the last couple of days. Just out of curiosity, when did you connect the new box up for the first time?
Sorry to jump in, I’m having this issue too, albeit on a DYRT4000 box. I’ve already had a replacement and the same issue occurs.
It’s not all HD channels though certainly 1-5 and a few others.
I had BT a couple of years ago, and no issues. My other freeview HD TVs have no issues.
The more the merrier! Useful to know it isn't just down to one type of box. What transmitter are you on Martin?
I live in Leeds and my aerial is pointed South so I think Emley Moor.
But as I say, my two other freeview TVs have not had an issue which makes me think it is a BT box issue.
