Since getting out BT Youview box in 2014, we get constant picture pixelation and sound going. I'm the past, BT suggests things and tests. My speed is fine - I got BT Infinity even though my current broadband at the time was still meant to be fast enough. It happens all the time on the internet channels such as the Kids channels, the ITV hub but not say Netflix and BBC iPlayer, they're fine. So here we are five years later and it's never been resolved, I pay for this lot in my rental but it doesn't serve its purpose. The box is connected to the hub which is right next to it. What can be done so I actually get what I pay for?!?! Thanks.
