Youview box doesn't perform an IGMP leave when shut down

Whilst performing some network maintenance, I noticed that the youview box doesn't clear down the multicast stream when it is powered down (to standby).  As I was testing with the UHD channel, this meant that 40Mbs of my line was still being consumed.  I proved this by changing to a terestrial channel, and then going into standy, which correctly releases the multicast stream.  Surely, this is a bug?

How long after going into standby did you wait? Youview boxes wait ten minutes after standby is pressed before completing closedown which is handy if you mistakenly press it by mistake and wish to resume usage without delay.

The hub/network will also cut off the stream after not recieving replies to 2 x IGMP Report packets which are sent every couple of minutes.
