Hi @topleycolin welcome to the forum and thanks for posting. Sorry that you have had a problem with your BTTV service since it started last week. Are you getting an error code showing? If so put the error code in the TV error code checker
Also, how is your hub connected to the Youview box? If it is with adapters I would recommend testing whilst connected via Ethernet.
