Youview error BTP-15000

My youview box is displaying BTP-15000.

I've seen post on here that the mods are able to resolve this?

Hi @W4llac3 and welcome.

I'm sorry you're having problems with the BTP-15000 error message .

 

Can you try the following steps to try and fix these BT TV errors:

  1. Reboot your TV box by flicking the switch at the back
  2. Retry the service
  3. If you're still having an issue please get back to me.

Hi Dave, 

It appears I've had this for awhile. I also checked if the box required a update, which it did. 

 

I've updated and restarted, same issue.
