Hello everyone,
Could I please pick everyone's brains. For the last few weeks, my youview box from BT has not been abele to play any internet based things, ie. BBC iPlayer or any of the catch up TV shows and also no channels that also use the internet to broadcast, so no BT Sport, Food Network etc.
The internet is fine in my house (hence posting this question), I've performed a factory reset, a software update (which was already the most recent) and updated all the apps but nothing seems to be working.
Before I call BT, which is a hassle with two kids under 3, does anyone have any recommendations on what I could do to sort this myself?

Has your box got an IP address, (Settings, Broadband Connection)?
Yes it has, it's weird. It'll say it's not connected but when I click through and check the internet connection it says it's all connected and gives me all the details (ie IP address etc) but still the catch up shows and internet channels still won't work
Might be worth restarting your Hub
I have tried that but it's made no difference unfortunately
