YouView box fell over this afternoon, mid movie, restarted and tried to resume movie. Vision starts to load then goes to "we can't open the BT Vision Player....blah blah blah. Ends with above error message. Needless to say box is connected to internet, other on demand is working fine and restarting box makes no difference. Seriously thinking of returning box, it just doesn't work, fed up with clipped recordings, failed recordings and no answers from BT.
