An engineer came on Wednesday and it all seemed to work. I made a recording, but yesterday all I got was errors to retune and no signal. Can anyone explain this and see how to fix it please?

Is this a new install and/or new equipment or is it old equipment which has worked perfectly well up till now. I guess you mean BT TV, what kind of box have you got
it's a new install, with a BT TV box. However I also have a TV connected with a splitter and that gives the error no signal. They both worked on Wednesday but neither worked last night or now. I can't see anything has changed the aerial is still up there!
