I have a netflix account already, and used to use it with talktalk youview all the time.
Since going to BT we have been busy, and also moved house, so havent really used the TV much but have now tried to use netflix over the christmas period. Everytime I try and login it just says there is no account associated with that email.
I have deleted and carefully typed back in both email and password over and over, several different times, and each time it is the same. It works perfectly on 2 laptops and 2 phones and I have logged out and back into all of them to make sure.
The problem only happens on BT youview, is anyone else having/had this problem?

No. My Netflix account works fine on my BT YV box.
Same here, works fine across all my devices including BT YouView.
You could try resetting the YouView box, I suppose.
Yeah, it was the solution above that worked for me too.
Don't choose to log out of all devices though.

That worked for me. I didnt want to reset the box at the moment as there are recorded things to watch still that I never have time for so thanks.
