Keep having no sound on Youview, have to switch power off and on to unit , then sound is ok, sound is not off on youview controller. Sound ok on terrestrial channels on TV. This is really anoying as it takes youview time to restart. If the youview box is at fault, who changes it?

I can't be certain but I think I'm right in saying that if the box is faulty and you're in contract, or if the box is less than 12 months old then BT will replace FOC. The same applies (I think) if you are out of contract but are willing to sign up to a new one (contract)
