1572 Box

My 1572 box is full, when I try to add another unwanted number, a message comes up ' diverted caller list is full '  How do I empty this box ,so that I can add more numbers, [and I need the existing numbers to remain ]......  Can someone please help me.

Hi @MissMarples38,

Your blacklist is limited to 100 numbers.  If you want to add new ones you will need to delete old ones.
