24 Month Contract

If I sign up to a 24 month contract, can I move house after 12 months and stillcontinue the remainder of my contract at a new address?

Usually you can use the home mover service and not pay ETC, but the services available at the new address may not be the same , so ( for example ) if you had FTTP and moved to somewhere that only had FTTC and the speed predicted would be slower , you don’t get a free exit , you take what’s available or pay ETC

Any term remaining on your existing broadband contract will be transferred to your new address if you take the same service there. However, if the term on your broadband contract is less than three months, a new three-month contract will apply at your new address.
