£40 M&S Gift Card

Hi,

Ref: BT order number - AJMXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

I signed up to BT Fibre broadband via Broadband Choices on 12th September, and to date haven't received my £40 M&S Giftcard (did receive my £70 pre-paid Mastercard - thanks). Can you please advise as to when I will recieve this, as the 45 day delivery timeline has now lapsed.
