BT, please don't cancel my home move order, then send me this message:

Hello, BT here. Hope you are doing good , We need to speak to you about your order VOL013-XXXXXXXXXXXX. Please call us on 0800 800 150 as soon as you can . Please don't reply to this text - we won't see it. Thanks.

Then don't equip your call centre with staff to deal with queries... I've been on hold for 40 minutes so far.  I move in seven days and gave you weeks of notice.
