Am I missing an item posted to me?

Good afternoon

Today I received a package from BT. But I am concerned because on the outside of the single box it was labelled as containing two items:

Item: 091303

Item: 105690

BUT inside the box there was only one item. A router/hub.

Can anyone please tell me what those two items are and how do I report something as missing? I don't want to be charged for something I did not receive when returning items at the end of my contract.

Was there not a power supply?

Yes router and power supply. Are they different item numbers??

I would think so, yes. Is there an item number on the PSU label?
