An unexpected error has occurred

When I access my Sent folder I receive the message - An unexpected error has occurred. The folder is empty.

I can't see any way to clear this error, otherwise my email is working OK.

I receive the same message when I try to archive e-mail into folders . Anybody from BT can help please ?

Clicking conversation mode in the view option fixed this for me.
