Recently changed packages to big entertainment and very disappointed. Wish I hadn't bothered. We used to have Now TV direct but BT offered a good deal to change to big entertainment. So very much regret doing so as instead of gaining channels we lost quite a few. Annoyingly, one being TLC.
Obviously called and spoke with someone who had no idea about missing channels but concluded nothing to do other than reverting. Stupid to add Now TV through BT box expecting more channels only to get less.
Very disappointed with BT and they should make it clear that certain channels will be lost.
Shameful BT. Not impressed at all.
