Hi Paddy - i hope you can help - my SH2 just updated it's firmware yesterday to v0.24.04.11017-BT and it has capped my upload to 50mbps. Im on the 900 package. Can you also send me details on how to fix please?

I’m on full fibre 900 and only really achieving 400/500 tops even when connected with a PC directly into the ONT. I’ve tried raising it through support but not been very successful getting help with the issue.

I think there is an issue but I can’t diagnose it

Hi there, I am on the 500mb/70mb package. After a recent upgrade to the firmware in my router to v0.24.04.11017-BT my upload speeds are now capped at 50mb (plus download doesn’t seem as fast as it was - I would typically get over 400mb, but rarely get above 250mb now).

I have tried to do the speedcheck via Bt site (and app) but this has never worked for me, so I was using Speedtest.net as a reference.

Can you please look in to what is causing the reduced speeds in my connection. If you send PM, I can confirm details.
