Hi @MichaelSimmonds, welcome to the forum and thanks for posting.
Have you recently moved over to the Fibre 900 package or have you reset your hub. It can take a few days of connection for the hub to automatically lift the upload. If you have had the hub connected for the last 72 hrs then we will need to get this done manually for you. Post back and let me know.

Thanks for the quick reply. I was on the 500plan and upgraded on the 1st of September. Upload has been consistently in the low 50s the whole time. Download is always 910+ regardless.

I got BT to send an engineer who phoned someone who fiddled with my hub. The speed has magically gone up to 110Mbps+. They wouldn't say what fiddling was done, but there was obviously a "profile" in the firmware that was throttling my upload. Naughty! Anyone else with this problem take note, and don't be fobbed off. Insist on an engineer visit and get it fixed.

I had same cap on new installation.
Download speed of 928 and upload always 50mbps.
After 2 reboots of modem, router. Waited a bit and goes up to 110mbit.
There must be software cap, limiter on purpose.
First after installation i had 780mbit download and 0.3mbit upload. yes 0.3. Than goes to 50mbit and stays for 2h on 50, 2x reboot later goes up to 80-90, waited a bit longer (1h) another reboot of modem and it hits 110. Where usually is 102-110mbit upload.
ps: its not firmaware as it its been same with cap of 50 since installation --> Firmware updated:Thu Sep 6 09:17:25 2021.
Also try run speed test via smart hub and log in to your account. When I had wird speed drops do 30mbit it "cured" itself back to 928.

Appears I'm suffering from the upload throttling, too. I'm on 500/70 but only achieving 50Mb/s upload with the SH2. I get 70Mb/s using a Ubiquiti USG3 (I'd continue using this if it weren't for IPv6 CPU issues with various firmware versions).
My SH2 is on v0.27.06.04290 updated 31/07/21.
Mods, are you able to PM me to sort the profile out on my SH2? I did try calling in but gave up after 40 mins!

Just spent a wasted 30 mins speaking to technical support.
I have had to switch back to the BT HUB as my phone line has moved to digital. I was getting 110MB uploads with my UDM, but with the BT HUB am only getting 50MB.
Mods, are you able to please sort my profile to remove this cap?
