Hi Everyone,
I am delighted to let you know that today we have launched ‘BT Groups’ in the Community.
We are kicking off with a small group that will focus on providing updates on Openreach’s FTTP rollout in the Earls Barton area. The information in this group will be specific to this area so joining the group may only bring value to residents of Earls Barton, although the group is open for anyone to join.
In the coming months, we will be aiming to create more Groups to cover all sort of things. We believe this functionally will allow us to collaborate more with you, our customers, in improving and building better product and services BT offer.
Keep an eye out on the new ‘BT Group’ category and announcements from me about upcoming groups.
