BT Mail App on iOS - multiple notifications

Hi,

I recently migrated to the new BT email from the BT Yahoo version, so the Yahoo app stopped working.

I installed the BT Mail app on my iPhone, and seem to get at least 3 and up to 5 pop up notifications for each email.

Anyone else had this, and know of a fix? I can't see anything in the BT Mail settings in 'Settings'

The BT mail app is hopeless, uninstall it and use another mail app.

Hi @neilg40 welcome to the community and thanks for posting, I'm really sorry about the problems with the notifications in the new BT Mail app. That issue is currently being investigated and will be fixed in a future update, in the meantime please accept my apologies for any inconvenience caused.

I now get 11 notifications. It's getting really annoying now. How long does it take to fix?
