BT RETURN EQUIPMENT FAILURE

on 15th of November i returned my old BT Youview Box due to it being faulty and swapped it for a new box sent out by BT

I have received an email saying my equipment has not been received and i will be charged £115 on the 4th December if not received. I have a receipt  from Royal Mail proving i sent on the 15th and after checking the tracking number on the Royal Mail website that parcel was successfully delivered on the 17th. which is now ten days ago.

Why hasn't this updated as the KCI should be sent when that parcel is scanned on delivery via the prepaid barcode. 

Please can this be looked into urgently
