BT Reward Card - unable to claim

I signed up to a new BT mobile contract but not sure where my reward card is. I have followed the link https://www.bt.com/manage/bt-reward-card/ but I cant see any options to claim a card and nothing is showing up for me to claim.

My plan started oni the 29th Nov 2019

The exact same thing is happening to my wife who also joined BT in Dec 2019.

Would be good to know how to progress this please

Would it be one of these? I assume you are new BT Mobile account holder.

From 29 November to 02 Dec 2019 new BT Mobile customers who buy their plans online are eligible for the following:

Handset plans

• £40 BT Reward Card when you order the 6GB plan or higher.
• £50 BT Reward Card when you order the 15GB plan or higher.
• £80 BT Reward Card when you order the 15GB plan or higher on the following handsets: - Huawei P smart 2019, Sony Xperia L1, Samsung A40, Huawei P30 Lite, Samsung A70, Apple iPhone 7, Apple iPhone 8.
• £60 BT Reward Card when you order the 30GB plan or higher.
• £80 BT Reward Card when you order the 60GB plan or higher.

Yes it’s one of those. Both my wife and I signed up to identical plans.

The plan we both have is the 12GB plan which qualifies for the £40 reward card each.

Provided these are not just SIM only plans, then it should be possible to progress them

I have asked a moderator to provide assistance, they will post an invite on this thread.
They are the only BT employees on this forum, and are based in the UK.
