BT Smart Hub Devices

Hi,

Can I ask why in the below screenshot the number of devices on the Smart Hub (18), is higher than the sum of the 8 Ethernet devices, plus the 6 wireless devices?

I can see my extra wireless devices when I click on the Smart Hub 18, but they are not appearing in the wireless section count.

Its basically because the SH2 network map is flaky to say the least.

Try using the filters - connected devices - disconnected devices.

Click on each category, 5Ghz,  2.4Ghz. You can view the devices listing.

The sums usually add up, but if someone is using you BT Wi-fi as a connection, then you may have to think.

All the 18 devices listed are known to me as I keep a log of MAC addresses and name devices.  The four extra are all wireless devices which are plugged in and 'green'
