Hi, this problem has been seen in here before but I'm struggling to resolve it. I recently changed my BT ID password which was fine. I logged straight back in via browser/BT Sport phone app with no issue but the Roku app on the TV will not accept the new password. I've tried a couple of variations just in case but no joy. Thanks for the quick response Darren. I've now sorted it. The Roku keyboard for the password entry has 2 types of ^ characters. I have this character in my password. I tried the other and it worked. Cheers..Steve
