I want to update the devices that I have registered in the BT TV app. One device registered but the second slot shows a padlock. Has been like this for months. Any ideas how to clear so I can register new iPad? Thanks in advance.

You register/pair the app to the Youview box actually on the Youview box itself.

@TimCurtis The issue is that I don’t have any device to unregister to free up slot 2. I have had this message showing for months. So the 30 days message is meaningless.
