Hi Darren,
Please see below. Thanks
Just to add - download works on other films but not for Solo or Last Jedi?
thanks
Thanks @Kinder74
I have passed this on to the supplier to check their end, what device was the screenshot taken on?
Thanks Darren it was on an IPad which i have previously been able to download and watch other films on BT tv purchases
best regards
Can you please complete the following and report back?
To mitigate the issue, the user should:
1. Remove the app from the device (including the BT TV Purchases account from the phone settings) and re-install.
2. After that, the user should log back into the account, go to settings > devices > remove the devices that are linked to the account.
3. Initiate the download again.
Done all that - same error?
@DarrenW Not sure if you will be able to help with my issue. I was with BT a year or so back and had a couple of TV purchases. When I left I never used the purchases app so have no idea if it worked then. I have since come back to B but have a different account number now (with BTTV). Both the old and new account use the same BTID. When I check the normal BT TV app, I have no purchases showing and when I try logging into the BT TV Purchases app, it tells me that existing BT TV customers should use the BT TV app instead and won't log me in.
Ok, thanks for doing that, went back to the supplier asking them to pull their finger out 🙂
Just an observation (which may be totally irrelevant to the issue) ,
I believe the film(s) have you have the the download issue with are bonus editions so are actually a collection of items one of which would be movie itself
Thanks Darren
