Hiya...our BT TV box is very noisy. When watching tv on low volume such as first thing in the morning... it’s difficult to hear the tv due tithe noise. Can this be fixed? Thanks

If you still have an active BTTV subscription, speak with the Help team, it might be the fans clogged with dust, it might also be that it's on a hard surface, the Help team will ask about your setup and replace if needed.

Thanks what’s the best number... really struggling to get hold of someone on the phone... yesterday on hold for 50 mins before I had to give up! Can I arrange a call back? Thanks

0800 800 150 is the service desk number. Some times of day are better than others, it's a free number so just keep trying.

Is the noise constant or does it vary in pitch and duration, is there a pattern to the noise ? (I'm thinking it may be a hard drive fault)
