Hi I want to upgrade my sim only plan to unlimited data but when I get to the checkout page it tells me that I have to send my Complete Wi Fi disc back as part of the agreement. I don't understand why? The two things are totally separate aren't they? I am a Halo customer and I've been trying to do this for a while and keep running into the same problem.
