BT Yahoo email works on iPhone and LapTop.
BT Yahoo email updated on iPad this morning to V4.28 and hasn't opened since. It hangs for a few seconds on the white Yahoo MAIL page then drops back onto the normal iPad App screen.
Advice was to delete the App and re-install.
Is there a better way.
The iPad has enough useable memory, almost 2GB available.
If the problem has started since the app was updated it would obviously appear to be a problem with the app.
Which email app is it?
If you were given advice to delete it and reinstall the app why don't you?
