BT devices smart 600 - no sound

We have had our unit for around 3 months and the sound now seems to have disappeared. Even though it is turned on full, you can barely hear w whisper when held to your ear.

 

Ive read another comment on trying to reset but this hasn’t worked. Unfortunately, looks to be a common issue. 

Can anyone advise?

Desperate mum - not wanting to spend the night on the nursery floor 😭.

Hi @ZoeM191, welcome to the forum, and thanks for posting. 

Sorry that you have lost the sound on the baby monitor. Is it the 6000 model? If so have a look at the Baby Monitor 6000 help page. On the page, you will find the number for the product helpdesk and a link to email them if that suits you better. They'll be best placed to help you.
