BT reward card - new fibre broadband

Hi.  I signed up for fibre 2 broadband 16/02 (activated 03/03).  There were two reward cards offered, £80 from BT and £40 from M&S (claimed separately).  On checking my BT account it states I have no rewards to claim (despite being over the 30 days of active date).

Are you able to advise?  Thanks
