BT video baby monitor 6000 additional camera

Hi There

I have a BT video baby monitor 6000 and I am looking to purchase an additional camera.

Is this possible? I can see from the display menu there is an option to look at other cameras, but cannot find additional cameras to purchase.

Any advice or help is appreciated

I have been after another camera for ages but keep being passed from department to department by BT because no-one seems to actually deal with these items! Would love another camera ASAP. Was told originally that I'd have to buy another monitor...not impressed.

I have been trying to get an answer to this question for ages. Get passed from department to department when I've tried to ring or email. I was told by 1 person "just to buy a whole new monitor" which is totally ludicrous!

I'm sorry that you haven't had a definitive answer as to whether or not you can buy an additional camera without buying the monitor again. I've reached out to some people who should know. They may take a few days to get back to me but as soon as I get any word I'll post up here.

We have heard word back from the product team who have confirmed that at this moment in time we do not offer an additional camera I'm afraid.

Can I ask why there is no additional camera available? As the monitor is sold with the ability to connect up to 4 cameras to it, is it not wise to sell the cameras separately?! This is one of the main reasons I bought this particular monitor system.
You say they are "not currently" available implying that they will be available...when can we expect this?

This is so stupid. I ended up on this thread because I was looking to purchase an additional camera to use with this monitor. Why would you make something with the ability to connect multiple cameras and then not sell cameras to use with the product? It's so ridiculous. I wish I had never purchased this product.
