BT4600 base unit volume

Hi. Just bought the bt4600 phone for my mum. The main base unit is really loud can’t see how to turn that right down? Can anyone assist? Thank you!! G

Hi @Gesbo Welcome to the community and thanks for posting. Page 70 on the BT 4600 manual explains how to adjust the volume on the base. I hope that helps?
