Hello. I wonder if anyone can help. We have two BT8610 phones. The secondary or "dummy" base station keeps beeping roughly once every 15-20 minutes and we can't work out why.
The battery in the handset appears to be OK and there are no error messages shown.
Can't find anything in the 8610 manual which indicates what the problem might be.
All suggestions will be gratefully received.

However, I think our phone is now out of warranty and - cheeky of me I know - I don't relish paying 65 pence per minute phoning a premium rate telephone number for an issue which I am sure must have happened in the past and which I would expect to be covered in the product's user manual.
