I have a BTconnect.com email account for business. I have recently bought a new laptop and tried to set up outlook with the mail.btinternet.com settings in outlook, no joy. When I try to login to bt mail via edge, I am asked to login to Microsoft but it won't allow me to use my personal account in microsft to do this. I have wasted hours of time, money for techies and still no joy.
I used the settings for my iPhone but that won't work either. can you help please?
