Hi. My husband MR B C****** pass away - I called BT on 0800 169 1663 and I left BT for financial reason. BT sent me 28/08/2019 final bill and cheque but cheque have my husband name on it! I had the conversation with BT about it but ...ineffectually! Could BT please resend cheque to my name?

When you received the cheque there would have been a covering letter with a return address should there be any problems with it. Do you happen to still have that letter?

You c an return the cheque to that address with a note explaining what has happened. It should be sorted for you quite quickly.
