Just got my bill 

and top off the page your account is coming to a end so I contacted bt to see what the deal was as I didn't have a option to leave it as it was, due to a increase the receiptionest said I couldn't do anything about it as there was still six months left on the contract. So why  tell me it's due for renewal.
