Billing and bank details

Good afternoon,

I keep encountering the same issue as i go and check my bills online. So it shows me that apparently i have a payment that it didn't go through, however it's debit payment so supposedly it got out automatically from my card. Also if i do download of the bill it says, thank you for paying the bill in full. 

So i'm confused, is it payed or not?

Finally I've encountered another issue. I would like to change my card for future payments, however doesn't let me make that change. Can you help me with that?
