I've been incorrectly charged for equipment that I was sent because the previous (a hub) was faulty but I can't get through to on the phone to discuss it. I don't want to clog up the lines as they're understandably busy. I would like the charge removed from the bill but can't find any other way of contacting BT to raise the problem other than through this forum.
