Broadband dropped by 200mbps

Is there a problem with FTTP in L409RL area. My average speeds are 250mbps but the broadband has been dropping all night, the lowest being 10mbps!

TV broadband was not working as error codes reading no internet connection.

My contract is for 330/50 broadband. FTTP
