On Tuesday 19th May I observed openreach performing work on our street (at the bottom of our driveway). Since then our broadband has become unreliable and has been dropped with the below:

Any ideas how to remedy this? I've done BT broadband tests online which haven't returned anything

Any noise on your line? 17070 option 2, best with corded phone.
Hi, I'm afraid I don't own a landline, the phone line is purely only used for broadband
the most basic check for broadband problems is check for noise on your phone line. it is more than likely the problem is phone problem and not broadband problem any chance you could borrow phone to test
in order for the forum members to help please can you post the stats from your router (if hub enter 192.168.1.254 in your browser) and if HH5 then go to troubleshooting then helpdesk and if HH6/SH2 then advanced settings then technical log information .

There is currently no service, connected to the test socket
if you have no internet connection when connected to test socket that suggest no phone line but you cannot test to see so can't really progress
Connected it back in to the existing socket, managed to establish a connection and have retrieved the below.
