Bt equipment still hasn't been dispatched

My bt equipment I.e 2 tv boxes and internet hub hasn't even been dispctahed and I'm due to go live tomorrow!!!! I've been waiting about 2 weeks for the equipment to be dispatched and said I would receive it today but when tracked my order it's still awaiting dispatch!

My recent equipment delivery last week was the same. My equipment didn’t go to dispatched until late in the afternoon and then the tracking number didn’t work until after midnight. Parcel Force are an express delivery company so can move items around the country very quickly. You should be fine.

Gone live today still awaiting dispatch... It's a joke I have a 2 year old who now can't watch her tablet as no internet box and no tv boxes to put anything on other than a few dvds that she's bored off would have thought they would have dispatched this well before my live date as I signed up over 3 weeks ago!
