Bt kit returns issue

Hi. Has anyone else had this issue?

I have recently ended my BT contract as I’m moved in with someone who has the service already.

I returned my kit as requested a couple of months ago. I keep receiving emails to ask me to return it but the message also says please ignore if I’ve already returned the kit.

I have now received another email telling me that I will be charged if not returned by 30th October. I can’t log in to my account to contact anyone as suggested as my account has been closed.

 

Anyone had this before and actually been charged?
