Bt packages

Disappointed in my new package costing more and less channels. I was told this was the one for me and I would lose some channels but I've lost almost all the ones i had

Did you not look at what channels are available in the new pack and compare them to what you currently have?

No because at 62 years of age you stupidly take what the operative tells you what is a good deal but you live and learn. And what is going on in the world today this is minor

If you're still in your cool off period, you cancel and revert back to your previous package o believe
