Bt pro box Amazon prime not playing video

Just tried amazon prime on bt pro box accepts my credentials but when you play a prime film it's just a black screen my account works on my firestick no issues any ideas I have reset my router and pro box all other content is fine

Tried powering everything off at the mains?   Prime works fine on on Box Pro.

Tried it today all working 

Tried rebooted the device yesterday made no difference 

Amazon prime working so is Netflix don't know why prime was causing an issue now working it works well seems quick. moving to the pro box more than worth it when the voice search works will be even better I know that is for the future so far more than happy

I have exactly the same problem (and with ITV player ) which BT blame on thexTV (Samsung). Prime starts but all I get is subtitles pic or sound. ALL other sports work fine! So not a TV issue but a BTPro- Box issue!
